Updated 1 April Letter to all RHNA Residents Regarding Gas Drilling Leases RHNA's neighborhood committee is working to negotiate on behalf of the neighborhood. Remember that RHNA has no legal authority to negotiate on your behalf. Rather, the committee is attempting to obtain the best offer possible and will then notify you of that offer. Each individual property owner will then negotiate and sign their own lease agreement with the suggested company.
